Our sales process only requires the customer to communicate with one sales representative instead of a series of contractors. All our ready to move homes are built within controlled environments on strategically placed building sites. Before you qualify for an RTM mortgage, most lenders will require that the home be laid in place on it’s foundation and that the home is insured. However, outside of this radius, it becomes more likely the customer will need to secure his or her own transporter. Transport costs will also increase dramatically the further out you go. While BestGEN does project manage transportation through our network of preferred transporters, transport cost is paid directly to the transporter, and not BestGEN. The Nelson representative was more than helpful in every way. Even when the lumber prices went down, the savings were passed on to us, even though we had already ordered our home. The home's construction was quick and efficient, the contractor was excellent, and even during construction, suggested minor changes that helped with the overall final product.
